Ingredients for Chicken Hakka Noodles:
>> Take 150 grams of chicken, boiled and shredded (Boiled in water with salt and pepper powder).>> Take a Noodles 150 grams pack, and it comes 2 persons
>> Garlic, chopped - 5-6 cloves (around 2 tsp)
>> Take one medium size White onion, cut it thick-sliced pieces

>> Take 3 Green Chillies and sliced it.
>> Take fresh Carrots, julienned- 1 cup.
>> Take one cup of Shredded cabbage.
>> Take 1 cup of Green Bell peppers or Capsicum, julienned.
>> Take the Spring onion/scallions, greens- 3 tbsp
Also Take:
>> Soy sauce- 2.5 tsp>> White Vinegar- 2 tsp
>> Salt- 1/4 tsp or to taste
>> Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
>> Refined Oil- 1.5 tbsp
Preparation for Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe:
- Cut the white onion into thick slices.
- Chew garlic sauce, julienne / finely chopped carrots, capsicum (green bell peppers), and chop the cabbage.
- Then cut the green part of the spring onion/scallion to garnish.
- To boil the noodles, follow the instructions on the packet.

- For 150 grams of noodles, add 1.5 litres of water in a pan and heat until boiling.
- Add the noodles and stir lightly to open it.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes, not soft, but "al dente".
- Dry it in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Add 1 tsp oil and mix well with the cooked noodles.
- Put it aside.

Process of Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe:
- Heat 1.5 tablespoons oil in a pan.
- Add chopped garlic and stir.
- Now add coarse onion pieces and fry on high heat for 30 seconds
- Add the chopped chillies and give the mixture and sauce over high heat for another 30 seconds.
- Now on high heat, add roasted/chopped carrots and chopped cabbage, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Add boiled and sliced chicken pieces and mix.
- Now add jellied capsicum / green chillies and mix on high heat for 1 minute.
- Add boiled noodles and toss with chicken and veggies and mix everything.
- Add dark soy sauce and vinegar and coat with sauce.
- Add salt and pepper powder and mix well. Toss over high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Finally, garnish with spring onion celery, mix and serve hot.
