4 Green Cardamoms

1 medium Cinnamon bark
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
4 Dried Red Chilies
1½ teaspoons Red Chili powder
½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1/3 cup Curd
Water as per requirement
Mustard oil
Salt – as per taste
